For some seafood-dense takeout in Kure Beach, we highly recommend Jack Mackerals near our Kure Beach oceanfront rentals. This Kure Beach classic is currently offering free delivery to all of Kure Beach. This is top-notch Caribbean-styled Kure Beach seafood, featuring beloved favorites like the chicken tenders, BBQ Bonez, Shrimp or Flounder Platter, or the now-iconic Jack’s Crab Cake Sandwich. Get a plate of your favorite seafood, such as oysters or scallops, or mix it all together with a two seafood combination. Call for daily specials and delivery time specifics.
Kure Beach Diner
Kids will love the core concept of Kure Beach Diner- simple seafood and lots of chicken tenders. Kure Beach Diner is your quintessential southern beachside café, with perfectly-fried French fries, cheese-soaked grits, big and fluffy hush puppies, and friendly staff to top it off. The retro aesthetic really helps shine a light on that vintage and retro vibe often so important with lunch cafes by the water.
Kure Beach Diner is currently not offering delivery, but pickup is easy with a quick phone call.
Freddie’s Restaurant
Freddie’s Italian Restaurant exudes classic Italian décor. You can’t miss it with its red, white, and green outside awning. You can find an assortment of steaks, pastas, chicken, and seafood selections. The takeout menu is slightly limited but still rather expansive, offering lasagna, cheese or mushroom ravioli, gumbo, eggplant parmesan, shrimp scampi, filet, rib eye, salmon, and seafood alfredo, to name a few.

Beach House Burgers
Visiting Beach House Burgers is like taking a step back a few decades. The retro aesthetic is laid on thick. The lunch options are self-explanatory- hot dogs, double burgers, bologna, fish, pop corn chicken, and onion rings round out the menu.

Are you looking forward to making your own meal and making the most of it? One place is excellent for convenient and affordable grocery pickup in Kure Beach.
Pickup at Publix
It is without a doubt that Publix is the most popular and universal place to receive affordable and fast grocery pickup. This largely southern grocery company, an absolute mainstay in Florida, delivers an extensive grocery pickup service. Limiting no items for pickup and providing a flat rate fee regardless of how much you order, you can really maximize the convenience. Guests will visit the website and opt for in-store or curbside if currently available. You can schedule the time you want to pick up your items. Publix also offers Kure Beach food delivery an additional fee through Instacart.
