Common Questions about Vacation Rental Homes

How do I book a home?

You can either make a booking directly on this website by using the “check availability box”, or you can call our office at 910.458.0868 and a vacation specialist will be glad to help you.

Can I bring my pet with me?

We offer several properties, some of which allow pets and some do not. You can either look at our properties online by clicking on the “vacation rentals” tab above and see if the home you are looking at allows pets. Or you can call our office at 910.458.0868 and a reservation specialist would love to help find a property that is just right for you and your pet.

What are the benefits of a vacation home rental?

Our vacation homes are stocked in such a way that you always feel like you are coming “home” to your “vacation home” rather than returning to a small hotel room. Our homes have full kitchens, with some homes having game rooms, hot tubs and BBQ grills. You will be able to enjoy a full service home while you are on vacation rather than a small, cramped hotel room.

What time can I check-In?

May – September check-in is between 4 & 6 pm all other months 4-5 pm. Early Check-In options may be available for an extra charge.

What if we arrive after you close?

We have an after-hours check-in box at the foot of our stairs, next to the elevator. Your package containing directions, keys, and parking passes (if needed) will be left inside with your name on the front.

Are dogs allowed on the beach?

Dogs are allowed on Carolina & Kure Beach from October 1 – March 31.

* Carolina Beach only! Dogs are permitted on the beach before 9 a.m. and after 5 p.m. during peak season, as long as they are on a leash.

What is in the kitchen?

Kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans ,cooking utensils, coffee maker, and blender

Is the pet fee refundable?


Do I have to pay a cleaning fee?

No, departure cleaning is included in your rent.

Can I rent a property for less than one week?

Our properties rent weekly during the summer unless there is last minute availability. Contact our office close to your arrival date for more information. During the off season our properties will rent by the night with a minimum stay requirement.

Are linens and towels included?

Unless you are renting the Victory Penthouse, Victory Master Suite, Victory’s Fair Haven or a week at Kure’s Pearl or Kure’s Seacret, your linens are not included. You may either bring your own or rent them- Linens(Sheets/Pillow Cases)/Towel, Beach & Baby gear packages are available to rent for a an extra charge.

Do you have any discounts?

We keep our rates as low as possible so in general we do not have any discounts for AARP, military, etc. We do run specials in the off-season ~ see our website for details.

What does travel insurance cover?

Travel insurance is optional and covers you in case of medical emergency, death in the family, mandatory hurricane evacuation and more. You’ll be given more details with your reservation.

How do I pay for my reservation?

Payments are generally made by mailing us a personal check. If you’ll be arriving less than 30 days of making your reservation, payment will need to be in the form of a bank check, money order, E-Check or credit card.
