Step onto your expansive 30-foot oceanfront deck with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors create a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. The living room boasts a 58" wall-mounted smart TV and comfortable seating.

Both bedrooms are serene sanctuaries, adorned with simple and tasteful coastal décor and equipped with premium mattresses and pillows for a restful night's sleep.

The primary suite features a 55" wall-mounted smart TV, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the oceanfront deck, allowing the ocean waves to lull you to sleep and greet you in the morning.

The second bedroom offers direct access to the shared hall bath, a queen bed, and a 30" wall-mounted smart TV. A rollaway bed is provided for your convenience to accommodate additional sleeping options.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, whether you're hosting a cozy dinner or enjoying a casual breakfast with family. Just off the kitchen is a full-size washer and dryer.

As part of the Sea Colony community, you'll enjoy resort-style amenities, including:

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.

 

This is a non-smoking property. No smoking anywhere on property including decks!!! Boats, trailers, campers, etc. of any kind are not allowed @ Sea Colony. Sat- Sat during summer. No pets allowed. Covered, Assigned Parking for up to 2 vehicles (VBV not responsible if your vehicle does not fit). Golf cart counts as 1 vehicle- NO Charging Capabilities at Property. Gas powered golf carts are not allowed in Kure Beach or Fort Fisher.
