Vacation at the popular oceanfront Sands complex located just south of the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Many activities scheduled weekly and special events throughout the spring, summer and fall. Lots of shops, restaurants and necessity item stores within walking distance. The Lake and Boardwalk are so close, you will have the luxury of being able to walk to the boardwalk and restaurants. 3' Salt Water Splash Pool .

Condo has a huge deck with full view of beach from every room except street side bedroom. Lay in bed and watch the ocean from the lovely master bedroom. This 2nd floor condo gives you the ability of amazing views without having to climb up so many steps. Dine out on the covered deck without being blistered by the sun. Completely updated bathrooms with tile & wainscoating. Large 46" screen TV in Living Room.

There are good restaurants for date night & carnival rides, fireworks and outdoor movie on Sunday evenings for family night out. Lets not forget Britts Doughnuts at the boardwalk, and the marina! Spacious living room with a new sofa & oversized chair as of February 2023, dining room and updated kitchen. Large covered deck just off the living and master bedroom space, Expansive views of the ocean, located on the 2nd floor. TV in each bedroom, outside shower and walkway to the beach. Accommodates 7 with a maximum of 5 adults.

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.

Booking with Victory Beach Vacations was a breeze! Especially since my trip was a last minute weekend getaway. Everyone I spoke with in the office was personable and detailed all the payment, check-in, stay, and check-out directions clearly. The unit was beautiful and clean and the view was amazing. I did not have any issues during my stay but felt as though they would have been handled professionally had there been a need. This condo was tastefully decorated and supplied with anything we would need. The 2nd floor is a great option... A great view and a covered deck so even if it rained, you enjoyed sitting on it while taking in the view. The condo was clean and we would definitely stay here again. Victory Beach made renting easy!

Very cozy. Loved the beachy decorations. Loved the big balcony with table, rockers and loungers! Only negatives are washing machine was really loud; the mattress (twin) was uncomfortable; and the outside shower wasn't the best. However, we enjoyed our stay!
