There's something for everyone at this beautifully appointed 2 bedroom/2 bath oceanfront condo at the popular Sands IV. Located on the 1st floor within walking distance to boardwalk, marina, shops, restaurants and walking track. Free secured WiFi access. Oceanfront King Bedroom with En Suite and deck access, the 2nd bedroom features a Queen bed plus a twin bed, there is also a Sofa that folds out to a sofa bed for a couple of little ones in the Living Room.

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.

Ideally located within walking distance to the Marina and the Classic Ocean Side Carolina Beach Boardwalk which features a full host of shops, restaurants, and nightlife for visitors of all ages to explore. From sunrise to sunset all through the summer, the Boardwalk is the place to be. Spectacular fireworks, fun family movies, top tapping music – the events are endless!

Non-smoking, no elevator, NO Smoking on Deck, security deposit applies, Saturday to Saturday during summer, linens, towels, paper & plastic products are not provided, comforters & pillows included, departure cleaning is included. Sleeps up to 7 people, with a maximum of 5 adults.

This is a non-smoking property. No smoking anywhere on property including decks!!!

Pleasure Island Pet Ordinances:

Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1st- March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st- September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am- 5pm. We were at Carolina Beach celebrating our 45th anniversary. This condo was so cute and comfortable. We were able to relax and enjoy the beach. The owner of this cottage did a great job decorating it and updating it with everything you need to feel at home. Please tell the owner thank you for us.

I really enjoyed my stay there. I was completely satisfied with the condo. The only thing that I would recommend is for the staff to recommend restaurants to the guests. Most people who come in are from out of town and really don't know much about where the good restaurant spots are.
