The Atlantic Ocean is calling you in this lovely beachfront condo at Pelican Watch as well as resort amenties included. This 6th floor condo is located in an elevator building right on the shores of the beach, with a private walkway to the sugary white sands.
The view is fabulous, the air is balmy, and the sea breeze is refreshing here, but you will have to come inside at some point . . . you'll be pleasantly surprised when you do! Outfitted with a comfy couch which unfolds into a bed perfect for two little ones. This space leads to the comfortable balcony with a couple of rockers and bistro seating for the amazing views. The kitchen is nicely updated, equipped with all the gadgets needed to prepare meals when not dining out. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are open and connected, giving you a great view even as you're preparing dinner or sitting down to a leisurely game of Phase 10.

I love the view from this floor, the condo is super comfortable. From reservation to arriving, it was easy to communicate. Emails were responded to in a timely manner & over the phone everyone was very pleasant and very professional. I liked that booking & paying was easy, even when adding the linens. It was seamless.

What a beautiful condo with spectacular views! The condo was clean and comfortable (including the beds). It had everything we needed. Loved the decor. Pelican Watch is located within walking distance of many great restaurants. I will definitely be visiting again and requesting unit 603.

You can almost set your watch to the dinner hour flight of a dozen pelicans soaring so close to the balcony you feel you can reach out and touch them. Fabulous views and beautiful touches at this wonderful place to relax and refresh. Nothing overlooked to make for a great getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable condo. It was clean and the ocean view is breathtaking. The restaurants that we would recommend are Fork and Cork, The Tiki Bar, and Michael’s Seafood. The Spot has a great patio and is a fun environment!

First time using Victory and won't be the last. Great experience starting with making our reservation on-line. They have a great process for checking in and checking out and were very accommodating when we had to check in a day late. Also had a great experience with their maintenance dept who came over right away to fix a stubborn slider leading to the balcony.

Everything you did for us was absolutely perfect. Very organized and we had a great experience. Morgan was terrific. The room was just what we needed. The TV remotes were a little challenge. Directions would’ve been helpful. We had our six-year-old granddaughter and it would’ve been nice for her to have someone to play with but that’s our problem. She loved the pool. It was her first time swimming.
The only problem we had was with local restaurants. There’s not that many to accommodate people on the island and parking was a premium. Michael’s Seafood Restaurant was excellent after our second try getting in! Our Daughter-In-Law has many food allergies so that again was our problem.
On Friday and Saturday for departure, the one elevator went down. I believe people said it was also down this Saturday before when people were moving in.
People are very friendly in the general area! We visited the aquarium and that was super nice. There wasn’t much to do with a six-year-old, like miniature golf.

We cannot say enough about this beautiful condo and the amazing view. It is very well appointed and was the perfect home away from home for our family of 4. We will definitely be back! Don't miss the Veggie Wagon for grab and go sandwiches, coffee drinks, etc., the tiki bar and The Peach Cobbler Factory - all within walking distance!

My husband and I enjoyed our long weekend at Pelican Watch 603. The view of the ocean is truly amazing! Sunrises in the morning and the moon over the ocean at night. Dinner on the balcony listening to the waves. Beautifully decorated, comfy beds, and everything you need in the kitchen. We will definitely stay here again.

This little condo is the perfect beachside retreat! It's got everything you need, including a jaw-dropping view of the ocean. It's simple to keep with plenty of privacy for each bedroom, so couples or a small extended family could share it easily. It's nearby to quaint shops and restaurants and the beach is right in front. Waking up to the sun streaming in the master bedroom and the seagulls calling in the morning is an experience not to be missed!

We LOVE this property! We have stayed there 3 times and will definitely come back again. It's in a perfect location and close to everything. The accommodations were great! My only recommendation would be to install ceiling fans in the bedrooms (although that will not deter me from staying again).
