Just a “shells” throw away from shops, restaurants, Kure Beach Oceanfront Park and Fishing Pier.

Ride the elevator to the 2nd floor which features the open main living space with multiple picturesque windows to enjoy the amazing ocean views while living and dining! Step out onto the spacious deck overlooking the fabulous Pool & Hot Tub where you can relax and soak in the expansive 180 degree ocean views. The whole family will relish wonderful vacation memories in the Private, Sparkling Oceanfront Pool.

The main level boasts a fully equipped stainless gourmet kitchen that would touch the soul of any cook. The granite topped kitchen island provides added preparation space with bar stools tucked beneath… perfect to grab a late night snack for two!...and if there are 3 or 4 or even more there is plenty of space at the breakfast bar that has seating for 5. Enjoy your “sit down” family meals at the dining table with seating for 8. Two comfy sofas and a recliner positioned to surround the large flat screen smart TV hanging above the Gas Fireplace invites you into this spacious living area with surround sound. In addition to the living, dining and kitchen area located on this floor is a half bath and two queen(brs4&5) bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a shower …perfect for the senior family members. Chilly off season vacation times will be warm and cheery with the Gas Fireplace, and the luxurious oceanfront Hot Tub.

The 3rd floor has 3 Master Suites all furnished with King(br1) Beds. Two of the three ocean side Suites have a private deck access. The “Grand” Master suite is a private luxurious spa get away….a beautiful marble bath with a soaking pedestal tub, an over sized triple head shower equipped with bench seat and double marble vanity. The 2nd ocean side King(br2) Suite has private deck access and full bath. The third King(br3) Suite with full bath has not been forgotten it too has access to those breathtaking views from the 3rd floor deck through the common area in between the two ocean side bedrooms…perfectly placed as so no one is disturbed!! On this level you will find a full size laundry room with top brand appliances and a utility sink.

The first floor opens into the expansive ground level game room filled with comfy seating to enjoy while awaiting your turn to play on the foosball table. The sofa folds out to a Queen Sleep Sofa for additional sleeping for a couple of kiddos. A full bathroom with shower and a sleepovers dream bedroom that includes a full(br6) size bed and a set of twin bunks. All of which is accessible to the backyard featuring oceanfront pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and gas grill. LINENS & TOWELS PROVIDED, will be freshly laundered and shrink wrapped on each bed upon arrival. All TV's equipped with the Select TV Plan through Spectrum TV.

Great rental - house was exactly as described and it was super clean. Very well stocked and comfortable. We stay in this area every year, but this is the first time we’ve rented from Victory. We happened to be there during the recent storm and flash flooding and the Victory team was extremely responsive to the few minor issues that we had. They were so attentive in fact that we’ve decided they will always have our business going forward. Great to have property managers you can trust !!!

We can not say enough about how much we loved this property! Everything about it was up to standard. Actually, Kure's Pearl, was above and beyond our expectations. At first, it seemed a little pricey, after the stay it was most definitely worth it. The view was spectacular. Words can't even describe how wonderful it was to wake up and be able to watch the waves from the bed of Master King Suite. I didn't have much interest in foosball before we arrived, however, after seeing how well maintained the foosball table was, and after playing a few rounds with the kiddos, I really enjoy it now. Bottom line, we will absolutely be coming back. We have decided to make it a yearly thing.

The house was above and beyond our expectations. All the finishes were top of the line. It was definitely the nicest place we have ever stayed. The kitchen was fantastically equipped and loved the laundry room. Staff at the office was great, I don't see how anything could have been improved on. Hopefully we can come back again.
