The location of our unit was great! Just steps away from the beach and a beautiful view. We loved the fact that the property had a pool. Although we did not visit the indoor pool, that was a nice feature in case it rained. Communication and customer service was great. Our unit was ready before it’s scheduled time, which was great and we liked being able to go straight to the property and not have to go to the office. I never was able to connect my laptop or tablet to the internet but that wasn’t a big deal since I didn’t even try until Friday to connect and we were leaving on Sunday, however, when I emailed Victory they were more than happy to send someone out to check it out. The only drawback was there were no waves to surf as my husband is a surfer, but we all know we have no control over that. I wish the unit had linens included so I didn’t have to bring all of that. But, overall, it was a very nice place to stay and myself my husband and our two granddaughters had a wonderful time! Manager Response We are thrilled you enjoyed your stay!
