Cute cottage

The cottage was quaint and clean. I loved the location. The only issue I had was all the mattresses very very old! So lumpy and creaky. No one had a good nights sleep. When I called to address this I was told multiple times that everyone has different mattress preferences. It wasn’t that they were too firm or too soft it was that they were old. They sent a maintenance man out who stated he would not want to sleep in them. I have used Victory Beach vacations many times and never had a problem before. It would have been better to acknowledge that they were old and offer an apology.
