This gathering is hosted at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and in 2024 will feature the stylings of Carl Newton pairing Soul, Motown, Funk, and Rhythm and Blues in tandem. Attendees are invited to gather on the beach strand in front of the historic Carolina Beach Boardwalk for the concert beginning at 6:30 pm. This will be followed by a stunning fireworks display overhead beginning at 9:00 pm after the sun goes down. As in years past, it’s bound to be an exciting experience for everyone who attends. There’s no cost to enjoy the Fireworks by the Sea and Boardwalk Blast and guests can count on enjoying a variety of food and beverage options on-site as well!

The Memorial Day concert experience continues throughout the summer at Carolina Beach thanks to the Boardwalk at the Gazebo event. The 2024 season will have free concerts hosted at the gazebo stage at 6:30 pm on Thursday evenings followed by fireworks much to the delight of locals and visitors alike. The lineup in 2024 includes performances by Southern Trouble, The Conspiracy, Feebs, The Goodloves, Dani Kerr and the Skeleton Krew, Port City Shakedown, Dane Britt Band, Resoul, Bibis Ellision, The Old North State, 8 Track Memories, Frank Grand the Feelin’, Jen and Tonic, and The Main Event. Musical stylings will range from country and rock to soul, R&B, acoustic, dance music, classic, beach hits, and beyond.
