Great unit, great location

This unit is very clean & spacious, with lovely beach themed decor accents & comfortable furnishings. Our family of 5 had plenty of space. The harbor front location was perfect. The harbor side (back) screened porch was our favorite hang out spot- a screened outdoor space is a huge bonus that many rentals do not have. The comfortable furnishings & 2 ceiling fans were appreciated, as we spent a lot of time in the screened porch area. We enjoyed watching the fishing boats come & go and the egrets & pelicans that visited our dock every morning provided some great pictures. Although the road in front of the house is very busy, you can’t hear the traffic noise from the back screened porch. The front porch is also a nice lounge spot (a nice option with better breezes late afternoon & evening when the back porch get sunny & hot). Although we rented a golf cart for the week for buzzing around town(highly recommend!), this unit is located within a short walk to the beach & several restaurants, as well as the boardwalk.
