Thank you for your interest in Victory Beach Vacations management program. We are a family owned and managed business, committed to offering excellent service and leasing to our owners and their valuable properties.  Vacation rentals is our sole business allowing us to concentrate fully in successfully leasing, and caring for your property which we have successfully accomplished since opening our doors in 2002. We operate year round with a full staff, most of them have been with us for many years,  all are dedicated to excellence, and enjoy what they do.
We have been selective regarding the properties we manage, choosing only well maintained and furnished properties which has enhanced our reputation both locally and nationwide. Our owners have enjoyed profitable years and have come to depend and trust Victory with their valuable assets.
Our internet advertising is extensive, effective, and unique. Our office is open 7 days mid April to October. Not only do our oceanfront properties usually rent for 14 summer weeks, but have historically experienced very successful shoulder season rentals up to 24 weeks per year (plus monthly rentals in the off season if desired) depending on the type of property. We have our business model set to allow for efficiency, and therefore reduction of owners costs. We do not pick our owners pockets.
Our maintenance department is thorough, and efficient, being careful to trouble shoot problems prior to calling in outside vendors, who have been handpicked for ability, cost, and availability. You are encouraged to view any available Victory property to inspect for condition. We have had several neighbors of our managed properties decide to list their houses with us for rent as they observed the care we give our houses, and the respect our guests show our properties.  Cleaning is extremely important to assure returning guests and good reviews. This is one of our top priorities. All of our properties have always been non-smoking, which is strictly enforced.
Owner Care:
A secure and easy to use Owner Services website offers homeowners the convenience of booking owner reservations online. Our professional and knowledgeable staff personally answer all phone calls and e-mails to provide immediate helpful support. Victory’s full-time, year-round Maintenance team ensures prompt, and efficient response to both guests and homeowners. This page is updated with important notices and helps keep homeowners up-to-date on their current rental activity, and monthly statements. Housekeeping Coordinators recruit, train, motivate and reward housekeepers to generate loyalty Victory and, consequently, consistent top-notch service for our homeowners and guests.
Inspections and cleanings are performed after each guest departure to ensure the excellent condition and security of your property. 

Targeted, Effective Marketing: 
Our aggressive marketing assures constant attention to  market trends. Our website utilizes personalized search capability, high-quality digital photography, slide shows virtual tours and floor plans, plus, aerial photography and online booking capability. Cutting-edge analytical software is employed to ensure immediate response to emerging marketing trends. 24/7 Periodic e-mail marketing campaigns promote Victory’s vacation properties. Strategic search engine optimization yields high rankings in organic search results for our vacation rental properties,  also utilizing  aggressive pay-per-click campaigns to promote high placement in search engine results.

In an effort to assure that  your guests return to your property for future stays , Victory employs the highest standards of customer service. It is a well established fact that these returning guests develop a feeling of ownership as they return year and year creating cherished memories  and therefore take better care of your property. We respond to our guests concerns and needs as quickly as possible, and utilize a Customer Management Contact system to assure  that they experience an enjoyable, stress free vacation.  We are happy to assist our owners in the best way to furnish, update, and decorate their properties to maximize rentals.
