Create wonderful vacation memories in this cute & fun 1 bedroom ocean side condo!

The Sea Colony is a perfect option for a couple or small family. Featuring a king bedroom & a twin bunk bed for additional sleeping in the alcove just outside the beautifully updated kitchen.  

Ceramic tile flooring throughout the living space, lovingly equipped with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for the little ones. There is also a comfy recliner for those afternoon naps in this space. 

Just 1 flight up to this 1st floor condo with ocean views and close to  the large swimming pool. There is a large covered deck just off the living space perfect for lounging and enjoying your meals!

The dining area is adjacent to the living room, with a table for 4 with 2 chairs at the breakfast bar, and after dinner you may want to linger, clearing the table for a quick game of Phase 10.  All TV's equipped with Spectrum Select Cable TV

Beautifully updated kitchen equipped with all the utensils, gadgets, and cookware you could wish. Our microwave and dishwasher will get you out of the kitchen and back into the fun quicker than ever! And we have a washer and dryer for washing & drying those beach towels, too. Access to the ground floor storage closet included, so you don't have to carry your beach equipment up with you.

A large ocean side non-smoking swimming pool, grilling facility and large grassy yard complete this vacation package. 

Take a stroll to the oceanfront Tiki Bar & Restaurant or hop across the street to Granny's Kitchen for a home cooked meal.

The Sea Colony is a popular vacation spot and economically priced for a small family.

Boats, campers, trailers, etc. of any kind are not allowed @ Sea Colony!

Parking is limited to 2 vehicles covered, assigned, tandum parking -Golf Cart counts as 1 Vehicle -no charging capabilities at property -Gas Powered Golf Carts not allowed in Kure Beach or Ft. Fisher

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not neeD.

 

This is a Non-smoking Property. No smoking anywhere on property including decks!! No elevator, Security Deposit applies, no pets please, no ice maker. Saturday to Saturday during summer...Free WiFi access..Sheets, Pillow Cases, Towels, Paper, Plastic & Soap Products not provided...Comforters & pillows included. Departure cleaning is included. The sea colony 8b was a very nice and updated place to stay. Everything was well cleaned. The glass windows were so clean you really didn't think the windows were there. The outside storage room the key would not work. I really liked satting on the deck and we eat several meals out there. The views from deck and inside Was always wonderful. The decor was very beachy, very pretty.
