Perfect for your family getaway - just a short walk to the Kure Beach Pier - lovely 4 bedroom tri-level townhouse with single car garage - offering superior amenities and furnishings - right across the street from the ocean- end unit (approx. 50 yards) - courtyard pool for refreshing dips! All TV's equipped with the Select TV Plan through Spectrum TV.

Layout~1st floor~ Queen Bed & Twin over Full Bunk & full bath, door walks out to pool, single car garage;

2nd floor~hardwood floors...Dining table & 6 chairs, living area overlooks balcony w/chairs, modern kitchen overlooks balcony, 1/2 bath;

Property May NEVER Exceed Occupancy Limit Set by Owner -Sleeps up to 10 guests with a maximum of 8 adults.

Absolutely NO Events(Reunions, Weddings, Parties, etc) are allowed at this Property

Pleasure Island Pet Ordinances: 

Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1st- March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st- September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am- 5pm. Dogs are not allowed on furniture & must be crated if left alone- see AREA GUIDE>DOG FRIENDLY INFO on this site for more info.

Bed Types: BR 1: King, BR 2: Queen, BR 3: Queen, BR 4: Queen & Twin over Full Bunk, 

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.  

Wireless internet access dog friendly with payment of a non-refundable charge, subject to restrictions. Washer/Dryer.  Non-smoking, Security deposit applies, linens/towels/paper/ plastic & soaps not included.

Comforters encased in a freshly laundered duvet cover are included & pillows included ... parking limited to 3 cars .. No Elevator ... Departure cleaning included...

Kure 201 was perfect for our group (7 adults). The unit was clean, beautifully and appropriately decorated, the beds and living room furniture were all comfortable and everyone enjoyed having their own TV in each room (for when we needed some quiet time). The kitchen was well stocked, and even had a crock pot. The pool was easily accessible and perfect for a quick dip, a nice float or some pool side sitting. The location of this unit is amazing. Right across the street from a public beach access. It literally took less than 2 minutes from door to sand! We have used Victory Beach Vacations for out past few stays here on the island and each time they have exceeded our expectations. They are always friendly, helpful and easy to work with.

Our stay at this unit this summer was amazing. In light of what was happening in the country with COVID-19, we were able to get away and enjoy some much needed family time feeling safe in a clean environment. The unit was in excellent condition and a great location for easy access to the beach. The rental company was great to work with and was always available to answer my questions. Overall our experience was enjoying and we will be back next summer.
