La Bienvenida A Casablanca!!   

Welcome to Casablanca!! This classic is truly a place to run away and hide with your family to make wonderful new memories in Kure Beach this vacation. Located within walking distance to Kure Beach oceanfront park, pier and restaurants this 5BR/4BA private beach home which sits directly ocean front. 

With three spacious sun decks there is room for everyone to share the magnificent views unlike anything this side of the Atlantic has to offer. A 6 Person Hot Tub with views of the ocean, and enclosed hot & cold water shower is located on the ground floor patio for your convenience as well as an outside utility sink to clean the days catch! A gas grill secured to the oceanfront deck is an open invitation for grilling and dining at sunset tucked under the red and orange heavens blanketing the sea.

The main living area is located on the 2nd level, a well-planned open concept designed to accentuate the expansive ocean views visible from anywhere in the living/dining area. The open relaxing feel is completed in the great room area including a modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining space, a wall of windows and a 65" TV & BLURAY. Also located on this level is a king(br1) master bedroom with futon, and an additional bedroom with a King(br2) as well both equipped with TV's.

Step out on the massive covered deck and you will forget all your worries. The view, the sound of the surf, the gentle ocean breeze defines peacefulness. 

The ground floor of the house features a king(br3) bedroom with 37" TV and updated private en suite with shower. Just outside this bedroom there is an additional den with a queen sleeper sofa, 55" TV, Foosball Table and Ping Pong Table 

The third level with a king(br4) master suite. The previous office/sitting area on this floor has been transformed into the 5th bedroom lovingly equipped with 2 Queen Beds(br5). This bedroom is accessed through the Master Bedroom and also shares the Luxurious master bath with floor to ceiling marble floors.  All TV's are equipped with the Select TV Plan through Spectrum TV.

Hot Tub with Blue Tooth & LED Lighting

Absolutely NO Events (Reunions, Weddings, Parties, etc) are allowed at this property

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.  

Pleasure Island Pet Ordinances: 

Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1st- March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st- September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am- 5pm. Dogs are not allowed on furniture & must be crated if left alone- see AREA GUIDE>DOG FRIENDLY INFO on this site for more info.

Excellent property. Exactly as advertised. Small issue with outdoor shower on Sunday and they fixed it immediately. They need to add addtional "hooks or pegs" in outdoor shower but that is a monor detail. We loved the location and the ammenities. Saffer Family.

Victory Beach was so wonderful to work with. I received prompt replies to any questions. The home I rented, Casablanca was lovely and very clean. The kitchen well stocked. If you do get any questions about the coffee maker, there is no Keurig and the coffee maker uses cone shaped filters All and all, It was an amazing vacation. I will be using you again for any future vacations.

Working with your company was a breeze. Would definitely use you again. The checking in and out procedure was so easy. Hope you use this process after COVID. The only minor issue was locating the lock box. The first guest that arrived expected it to be on the main door but eventually found it on the sliding door on back of house. Keep up the great work! Very nice house, Comfortable, decks are fantastic, kitchen well equipped. Upstairs bedroom would benefit from some sort of dresser for guests. Closet rack really isn't sufficient. Would recommend to others! Thank you.

The home Casablanca was wonderful. The layout of the house was perfect and it was stocked and furnished very well. We appreciated having access to the garage as it was raining the day we had to pack the vehicle to leave. The deck and deck furniture were nice because you had sun and shade and different places to sit. The house is well built because you could not hear anyone in the other rooms or in the bathrooms flushing toilets or taking showers. We would stay here again. We didn't want to leave!
