The home sleeps up to 14 people, with a maximum of 10 adults.

The first floor of Sea Biscuit consists of 2 bedrooms, one nicely furnished with a twin over twin, double over double bunk and the other with a king bed, this floor leads to a peaceful backyard and patio with hot tub, perfect for grandparents or a second family who may join you on your vacation. There is a full size bathroom and laundry room on this floor as well. 

The second floor is Sea Biscuit’s main living area featuring a beautiful family and dining room, kitchen, and half bath. The family room consists of a large flat screen TV with comfortable furnishing along with a Sofa that opens into a queen-sized bed. There are 2 seating areas to assure ample space for everyone to enjoy a relaxing vacation.  There is a large deck off the family room that is screened and has a ceiling fan for an enjoyable dinner or lunch when not dining out at the great eateries on the island.  The Sea Biscuit kitchen is a chef’s delight. Enjoy Beautiful American Cherry wood floors, stainless steel appliances including gas stove with overhead hood, light color granite and top of the line cabinetry. There’s plenty of space to cook everything from simple snacks to gourmet meals. You may even coax a guest to sit at the breakfast bar and help garnish the salads.  There is a queen bedroom with en-suite on this floor as well.

There are 2 King Master Suites on the 3rd Floor, the ocean view master bedroom is a true retreat with a king-sized bed, a large TV and plenty of room to sit and read a book or sleep an extra little one in the Full Sleep Chair. There’s also access to a large covered deck where you could sit for hours enjoying the salt air, with ocean views. The master en-suite includes a large walk-in shower and expansive vanity with room to spread out all your toiletries and get ready for your day. The second bedroom includes a king-sized bed, en-suite, large TV and it also opens onto a street side deck with 2 lounging chairs. ( All TV's equipped with Spectrum Select Cable TV).

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not neeD.

Pleasure Island Pet Ordinances: 

Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1st- March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st- September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am- 5pm.
