Beautifully decorated, 3 floors, single car garage, great views of ocean. 1st level~ King & Roll Away, 3rd level ~ king, queen, queen, & roll-away. Some of the really nice features of this 3 story townhouse are; decks on each level both front and back. The front deck affords views of the ocean and the back decks have a view of the pool.
The middle level is all living space with LR with a 55" TV, kitchen, dining area and 1/2 bath, no sleeping space. So if you want to stay up late or rise early you are not disturbing anyone. The indoor dining room seats 10 plus a high chair and the out door dining deck seats 6.
The third floor has the King master bedroom with 45" TV, with private bath and private deck overlooking the pool, the other two bedrooms are Queen Beds which face the ocean and share a bathroom which includes the washer and dryer.
The lower level has a bedroom with King, and Roll Away full bath and door to outside pool area.
- There is a door downstairs and one upstairs to close out the noise.
- Select TV with Spectrum cable in every room some with DVD
- Directly across the street from N Avenue beach access which has a wooden decking for a "no stairs" beach access and boardwalk which leads to Kure Beach Park, Pier, shops & restaurants!
- Parking for 3 cars, one in garage and 2 in driveway -No Boats, Trailers, Campers, etc. Allowed

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.
Pleasure Island Pet Ordinances:
Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1st- March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st- September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am- 5pm. Dogs are not allowed on furniture & must be crated if left alone- see AREA GUIDE>DOG FRIENDLY INFO on this site for more info.

Customer service was great. Unit was very clean and convenient to the beach. Beds were surprisingly comfy. Unit could sleep more people than it can feed with the amount of dishes/silverware there was...more would be a great addition along with more kitchen utensils. Appreciate the recycle bins and how cool the A/C was on each floor. Adding more hooks in bedrooms, on doors, and outside by the hose and in the garage would really help with all the wet towels and swimsuits. A shower wand would be great to help with sand removal and with kids. Overall, we'd love to stay again, especially if our suggestions were considered. Thank you! :-)

Kure View 341 is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath townhome. It is a wonderful place to stay !! This was our second time to vacation here. The beach is only a short walk across the street. The boardwalk to the pier also starts at the beach access.
The townhome is very nicely decorated and clean. There is a pool in the courtyard behind the townhome and accessible directly from the lower level bedroom.
The townhome is also pet friendly which is important to us.
We will continue to come back every year.
Kure beach is a quiet residential area that is perfect for our family.
Time well spent for rest and family fun. Close enough to Wilmington for shopping and restaurants as well.

We had a great time and made many family memories. Property is perfect for us now but maybe not for future. We rate you all a 10. I actually love just being able to go to property and getting the key out of lock box rather than having to go to your office. Much more convenient.

This is the third time we have rented Kure View 341 and it is great. Clean, spacious and well-equipped from kitchen to bedrooms to outdoor grille. Beach is just around the corner. While parking in the area is a challenge, we can easily fit four vehicles in garage and drive, one of them a minivan. We will be back!

Service was great... we had an issue with one of the air conditioners the day of a forecasted hurricane. The technician you sent spent hours getting it fixed - I was so impressed. Many would have simply said it would take a couple days for the part- this guy went and picked it up and installed all that afternoon.

We really enjoyed staying at Kure View 341.
The pool was clean! We walked to the pier a few times. The neighbor was generally quiet. The house was perfect for everyone to have their own space. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. :)

Beautiful 3 story townhouse. 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath. The beach access was 100 yards from the house. It was perfect for our group (3 couples and 2 children). It offered a covered front and back deck for shade and front and back deck on the top level for sun. The pool was perfect to entertain the kids when not at the beach. There was an 8 person dining table so we all could eat together. There was a garage to store all our beach gear making it easy to dump when we got back and an easy grab for the next day. It advertised parking for 3 cars. We could only park 2 cars in the driveway but there were spaces on the street for our 3rd car. House offered a grill that was stored in the garage. We pulled it out to the driveway to grill one night. The kitchen, dining area, and living room with TV were all together on an open floor. This was great for keeping us together. We could also retreat to our bedrooms or one of the 4 decks for privacy. The owner/management company was easy to work with. They were flexible with our 3 night stay even though I know owners want a full week between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The house was very clean and mostly updated. It was a short 10 minute walk to the pier for a general store, arcade, ice cream, live bait, etc. We have stayed in Isle of Palms and Hilton Head in the past and enjoyed this location and house more than any of the others. All of our experiences have been on Labor Day weekend which is less crowded and would prefer this time in the future. The only problem we encountered was the drive form Charlotte during rush hour on the Friday of Memorial Day which of course is expected.
