Victory's Fair Haven ~ All inclusive !! Reasonably priced, well-appointed one bedroom condo with elevator.
Comfortable pillow top king size bed, full kitchen, sun room with dining area, and full size futon bed with comfortable mattress. Flat screens in living room and master bedroom. Elevator, Assigned parking for 1 vehicle. Fully equipped kitchen. Culligan Purified drinking water provided. Access to sky deck with loungers and table and chairs, overlooking Carolina Beach Lake and beautiful ocean views.
Only 2 short blocks to the ocean. Convenient location to lake (summer movies), boardwalk (summer fireworks & live music), restaurants, and shopping. Reserved parking. No washer dryer.

Absolutely NO Events(Refunions, Weddings, Parties, etc) are allowed at this property

Pleasure Island Pet Ordinances:
Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1st- March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st- September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am- 5pm. Dogs are not allowed on furniture & must be crated if left alone- see AREA GUIDE>DOG FRIENDLY INFO on this site for more info.
Sleeps up to 3 people, with a maximum of 2 adults. Smoking is not allowed on Victory property at any time! security deposit applies, elevator, free secured WIFI access. Dog friendly with paid non-refundable pet charge (restrictions apply)... Sunday to Sunday during summer...No smoking anywhere on property. Elevator service is reliable but not guaranteed, departure cleaning is included. Security Deposit applies.

We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends. Very clean, the bed and pillows were so comfortable, the staff was so friendly and helpful. It's just a short walk to the beach, and the boardwalk.

Near perfect. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Would recommend labeling the disposal switch. :-)
Could use a few amenities in the kitchen, like an omelet pan, we bought a whisk for the property and tried to find a steamer basket -- because we bought some local shrimp.

The bed was very comfortable! The sky deck was a great place to view the Thursday night fireworks and to enjoy a beverage in the evenings. The walk to the beach was super easy, especially with the beach cart that was provided. The only things that need upgrades would be the number of utensils (there weren't many forks for example) and an upgrade on some of the pillows in the unit. Otherwise, everything was good Next time, we may bring our dogs.
