The main living level offers plenty of comfortable seating in the family room with a large flat screen Smart TV, which is open to the large dining table and kitchen with breakfast bar  and dining space. On this level there is a half bath, a laundry furnished with washer and dryer, and a King Master Suite(br1) with a full size shower in the bathroom.

The ground floor of this house is set up perfectly as a family suite -furnished with a Smart TV, King Sized Bed(br2), with its' own bath with a stand-up shower and living area with queen sleeper sofa, There is an outside entrance on this level easily accessible from the parking area where you’ll also find the enclosed outdoor shower.

On the top floor of this house you will find another King Master Suite(br3) and two additional bedrooms both furnished with Queen beds(brs4&5), that share a full bath.

Sea Watch 285 is located 2/10^th of a mile from the Sea Watch Community Private Beach access which includes a private walkway with oceanfront gazebo, Tiki Bar, bathrooms & a shower facility exclusively for Sea Watch guests. All guests receive access to all amenities Sea Watch offers to full time residents such as the outdoor seasonal pool (10:00 am to 5:00 pm), tennis court, and playground. The Sea Watch Resort beach side location and numerous amenities make it one of the most favored family vacation spots. To further ensure an enjoyable vacation there is a 10pm quiet time in place for the SeaWatch community. Easy access to everything but distant enough to provide a controlled environment for kids to ride bikes or explore the neighborhood.

If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.
