Sailor's Hope is a lovely, well cared for 1 bedroom condo located in Fort Fisher, it's just short walk to the private community beach access, with an indoor and outdoor pool! You will fall in love with the cozy outdoor deck bordered by lush greenery and ancient live oaks, with comfy seating. It's the perfect spot for chatting away the late afternoon or enjoying your first cup of coffee! Just a hop skip and jump from the ocean, the Ocean Dunes beach Access is close by for easy beach access!

The outdoor pool approximately 20 feet away, a year-round indoor pool (less than 200 feet away), and the beach (about 500 feet away), while not being beach front, surely affords this unique location some extra outdoor and water fun gold stars! And, a ground floor storage space in the parking area is readily accessible and convenient for safely stowing away all your beach essentials: there's even room for a bike if thinking about bringing one or renting.

Step inside to the living space and relax on the comfortable seating and sofa that folds out to a bed for sleeping the little ones all with a 46" Flat Screen Smart TV. This space also contains a dining table with seating for 4, the perfect place for a game of Phase 10 after a great day at the beach. Flat screen tv's, Free wifi internet and blu-ray are set up for you, on those days when you just want to stay in and relax, in this charming setting.

The kitchen is fully outfitted with utensils and new appliances, dishes and bakeware: everything you might need to cook up your own delicacies or seafood feast, and a small reading library includes a few cookbooks for inspiration!

When you are ready for bed, drift off to a calming night's rest on the King-sized Bed with a freshly laundered duvet and room darkening curtains.

Located less than five minutes to the Ft. Fisher Museum, Aquarium and Ferry to Southport, you are just a few minutes away from a wide range of restaurants and shopping venues in Kure Beach and Carolina Beach.

The Ocean Dunes Resort also includes a wonderful Recreation Center: as our guest you will have passes to the heated indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool tub(open year round), weight room, shuffle board, playground, basketball and tennis courts. A visitor's guest book is in the condo which contains local menus, maps, and general information to familiarize you with the area. Welcome!

Golf Cart counts as 1 Vehicle -no charging capabilities at property -Gas Powered Golf Carts not allowed in Kure Beach or Ft. Fisher. NO Car Charging Capabilities.

GRILLS No grilling is permitted on the decks or in the carports or within 15 feet of a building. There are several grilling stations located at picnic and gazebo areas.

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.

Wonderful walking beach at Kure NC. Great location to the ferry to get to South Port for shopping and dinning. You have the visitor center with a nice walking trail. Walk along the ocean path to Fort Fisher that has a nice area to walk and learn about the history of the area.

We were extremely impressed. The accommodations were very comfortable for the price. The price was very reasonable. Although we chose to bring our own linen, everything else we needed was there. We didn't have an oceanfront unit. Our back deck faced the woods which was very peaceful and our front entry faced the pool area. We went in late August so the crowds had lessened. We had a very peaceful and enjoyable time at Victory Beach Vacations and We will definitely go back. Keep up the good work. The Carneys 8/2019
