2 Bedroom + Queen in Loft -2 Bath Harbor Front House with Boat Dock & 2 Boat Slips

" So, I'm just sitting on the Dock of the Bay..Watchin' the tide roll away, ooh!" Bay Watch is a super cute 2 bedroom plus a loft bedroom, 2 bath beach cottage located on the beautiful Harbor in Carolina Beach, NC.

Upon arriving at 'Bay Watch' you will enter on the 2nd level with the living area, dining room, and kitchen. The living room with a large flat screen TV and plenty of comfortable furnishings to accommodate all your guests. The 1st bedroom has a King(br1) Bed along with ensuite with a tub/shower combo. The 2nd bedroom has a new King(br2) Bed and mattress and shares the main bathroom, also with a tub/shower combo. The private upstairs loft offers another Queen(loft) bed. All TV's are equipped with the Select TV Plan through Spectrum TV. FirePlace is for decorative purposes only.  

Off of the living room is a Sun Room with a Queen Sleeper Sofa for additional sleeping for a couple of kids. The kitchen has all modern appliances.

This space leads to the deck and just beyond the deck a walkway to the 'Dock of the Bay'. The Shared Dock has a 34' Boat Slip, Guest of Bay Watch have access to the 2 north slips. Perfect place to enjoy fishing or crabbing, there is even a place behind the garage to clean your fish and a small bathroom with shower. There, you can grill your favorite dish. dining room is also located off the living area with lovely columns and arched entryways. Washer/Dryer. There is a garage with parking for 2 cars and 2 in the drive. 

Property May NEVER Exceed Occupancy Limit Set by Owner - Sleeps up to 8, with a maximum of 6 adults.

Absolutely NO Events(Reunions, Weddings, Parties, etc) are allowed at this Property

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.  

Pleasure Island Pet Ordinances: 

Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1st- March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st- September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am- 5pm. Dogs are not allowed on furniture & must be crated if left alone- see AREA GUIDE>DOG FRIENDLY INFO on this site for more info.

We had an amazing stay at Baywatch. Each day of our vacation we looked forward to the most beautiful sunsets every night relaxing out on the deck. And we were lucky enough to get to see the Festival of Lights Boat Parade right from the comfort of the deck!! The house is fully stocked with all the comforts from home. A very clean and comfortable house for sure. So glad we found this gem!! Our Frenchie had a blast too!! Thanks Victory Beach Vacations for helping our vacation to be hassle free and for being super kind and helpful from beginning to end.

Our stay was wonderful. The home is awesome. The deck is perfect. That’s where we stayed most of the time We could have checked In early but was on the road to get there. Received a notification about 1:30. We will definitely rent this place again. Close to everything

Easy reserving and finalizing rental. Everyone at agency is pleasant. My beach stay was wonderful and relaxing. Checking out so early is stressful due to rushing to get everything packed and cleaned out but it was not a problem I was about 20 minutes behind. We will definitely rent the house again.

2nd time staying at Bay Watch. We LOVE everything about the house and Boat Dock for my boat. Love the area and waterway. Fishing with Capt. Charlie's Charters was EPIC! He is a Super nice Fishing Guide and we caught Fish. Anyone staying at Bay Watch would have a Great time fishing with him. Would like to have the Gas Grill replaced . It is in pretty rough shape and I cook outside a lot. The folks at Victory Beach Vacations are very nice and try to make everything as nice as they can. I will be calling soon to make our next trip as FUN as this one was. Thanks so much.
