*Special Note- THERE IS ALWAYS A RISK THAT YOU COULD CONTRACT COVID-19 WHILE TRAVELING. Although we have taken additional steps to sanitize our properties and have changed the way we handle check ins -there is still a risk you could contract COVID-19 – you travel at your own risk. Victory Beach Vacations cannot be held responsible for anyone contracting COVID during their stay. The Town encourages everyone to continue practicing social distancing and safety guidelines in public places as recommended by the CDC and other public health officials.
As concerns regarding the Coronavirus continue to rise, we want to share what steps we are taking to be proactive to provide a clean, sanitized vacation property for our guests. Our properties have been highly rated for cleanliness and condition for years and we are committed to providing accommodations that will either meet, or exceed your expectations.
Our Housekeeping crews are diligent in assuring that our properties are cleaned, sanitized & disinfected, using recommended disinfecting products. We have extensive disinfecting procedures, such as sanitizing upholstery, door knobs, light switches, remotes, cabinet knobs, and all other necessary areas.
Duvet Covers will be freshly laundered in between each guest. Each comforter is covered in a freshly laundered duvet. As always, there is the choice to either rent linens and towels, or bring your own. All of our linens and towels are commercially laundered and sanitized then wrapped in a clear laundry film to ensure cleanliness which meets Health Department standards.
Air filters are changed out every few weeks, helping to assure good air quality. Our inspectors will continue to check each property for cleanliness, also performing all necessary inspections to assure all amenities including internet and cable TV , lights, remotes and HVAC systems are functioning properly for your vacation. Our desire is for you to have a most enjoyable vacation with your loved ones at the beach, and to be able to forget about the outside world for awhile.
For the time being we are changing our check in procedure, we will now offer direct check ins, allowing our guests to go directly to the property. Due to the extra disinfecting steps we are taking, our check in time has been delayed from 4-6PM to 5-6PM. As always we will text the code to you as soon as your property has been cleaned and inspected. Any Linens or rental items(if ordered) may take up to 6 PM to arrive at your property.
When staying at a Victory property you will have the benefit of an individual condo or house, which gives you the option to stay in and prepare your meals in your own fully equipped kitchen. In addition we have contracted with Lowes foods for you to be able to shop on line, you may pick up your order curbside or you may have it delivered directly to your property for a fee – no shopping crowds or lines to endure!
The beach is a wonderful place to come relax, spend time with your family, and enjoy the benefits of the fresh ocean air. As always, you may add trip insurance to your reservation in case of illness or any other covered reason.

Victory’s Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation by Tenant, Tenant shall receive a refund of payments made by Tenant, less a cancelation fee of 15% of total rental rate, with a minimum of $100, whichever is higher, and travel insurance premium, only if the Premises are re-rented on the terms set forth herein. If the Premises are not re-rented on the terms set forth herein, Tenant will not be entitled to a refund of any payment made here under. If Property is Rented at a Discounted Rate, Refund will be based on Discounted Rent. Tenant, rather than Agent, shall be responsible for seeking reimbursement of any fees paid by Tenant to Agent for goods, services, or benefits procured by Agent from third parties for the benefit of Tenant that may have been paid out prior to Tenant’s cancellation.
TRIP CANCELATION/INTERRUPTION INSURANCE (TRAVEL INSURANCE): CSA Travel Insurance is authorized by the NC Department of Insurance, and is offered by VBV to every guest. Although optional, we strongly recommend purchasing the insurance, as it will help protect your vacation investments in case of unforeseen events, including illnesses, and mandatory hurricane evacuation(see flyer for limitations & exclusions). If there is a MANDATORY EVACUATION ordered for Carolina/Kure Beaches, you must vacate your unit, and no refunds will be made unless you have purchased the Trip Cancellation/Interruption Cancellation Insurance. If you choose to leave during a VOLUNTARY EVACUATION there will be NO REFUND(see CANCELLATION #6). VICTORY BEACH VACATIONS retains a percentage of the insurance premiums. Travel Insurance Premium is not paid until 1st payment is made, therefore guest is not covered for any loss until 1st payment consisting of minimum 50% of rent, and non-refundable insurance premium is paid. Travel Insurance cannot be purchased after your final balance is received. The insurance premium is non-refundable and non-transferable.
