Let the countdown begin. Only a few more days until the 3^rd annual Quintiles Wrightsville Beach Marathon. The event will be held this Sunday, March 18^th, at 6:30 AM. Thousands of runners participating will enjoy the beautiful scenic coastal views of Wrightsville Beach. After making their way off of the island, they will enter the exclusive development, Landfall Community.  The runners will finish in Mayfaire Town Center. The event benefits two charities:  Landfall Foundation and The Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation. The Landfall Foundation supports smaller local charities by distributing grants. Although these smaller charities are often underfunded, they meet the community’s needs. The second charity, Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation, persistently pursues advance and ground breaking means to hurry up the development of treatments and cures.
