Treat yourself to the "Victory Penthouse Spa Experience" with the lavish whirlpool, and double head stone and tiled shower, and watch your troubles vanish away! Afterwards enjoy a good nights sleep in the plush king size pillow top bed.
The Penthouse features a large tastefully decorated living area with fireplace for chilly off season nights. There is a fully equipped kitchen for the culinary types, and a stunning dining room setting for romantic dinners. All TV's equipped with Spectrum Select Cable TV
This Penthouse comes fully equipped with DVD, Blu Ray, and CD entertainment center which encompasses you with the authenticity of multi-room surround sound.
Just off the living room is a cheerful sun room where you can relax and read your favorite novel or enjoy the ocean views . It can be comfortably closed off for sleeping for 2 additional adults as a queen size bed is provided. Spend hours of fun on the foosball table or with the many games and books provided.
A second full bath allows for comfort and privacy. Delight in the beautiful sunsets, expansive views and summer fireworks from your private skydeck - great for sunbathing too!!

Very comfortable, well-equipped, spacious, and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The ice maker didn't work but was addressed satisfactorily. We did leave some comments on possible areas to address. Strongly recommend providing coasters to protect the furniture. Also, instructions on using the A/V system: I could never get the DVD player to turn on or the TV to connect to the Internet so that we could watch Netflix. Otherwise, thoroughly enjoyed it!

It’s always home to us there we love it we have stayed there at least 6 times love love love it there but we were talking we would love to stay on the beach next year getting harder walking to beach we would like to stay around same price range in August we would love your suggestions on a place we won’t be bringing the dog if you can send pictures of places thank you The Kauts

We stayed in the Victory Penthouse and it was a wonderful vacation. The condo was spacious, nicely decorated and clean, the furniture was attractive and comfortable, the kitchen had a everything we needed to feel at home, and finally, the staff in the office was helpful and accommodating both prior to, and during our stay… All in all our stay was very enjoyable and we would definitely use Victory Beach Vacations again.

We had a lovely time celebrating my husband’s 63 birthday. The weather was chilly and windy but we enjoyed fine dining and a drive over to Wrightsville beach for lunch. It was a nice relaxing getaway. The Penthouse is our favorite place to relax and we plan to book another reservation soon at Dockside for the convenience of the boat slip.

Beautiful condo with amazing roof top views! The beach wagon and chairs are a nice touch, you don't have to bring yours or worry with bringing all that sand in the condo with the outside storage. You can walk to just about anything. Best part, it was peaceful at night!

My husband and I loved this property and are looking forward to staying again next year! Staff is always friendly and we enjoyed the extra space in the kitchen, the massage chair, and the outdoor decks (great view for watching the fireworks on Thursdays!). The place is wired for sound with speakers in each room, so we could listen to beach music whenever we were hanging out in any part of this spacious unit. The only problem we encountered during this stay was the roadwork and repairs on sidewalks being done, but this was out of Victory's control. This location is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We had a blast!! Thanks Victory!

The Penthouse was fabulous. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments, spices and the like. The rooms had comfortable furniture and the place is beautiful. The decks were great to sit out on during the mornings and evenings. The location of the property let us walk to restaurants and bars and the beach. Minor issue: you need proper instructions on how to use the sound system and TV.

Overall very nice property, and well equipped with everything in kitchen.
However, I would have like to see at least one extra garbage bag, some Kleenex, and better toiletries (ie body lotion, shampoo).
I noticed the dishwasher could have done a better job cleaning (not sure if this is due to hard water)
We enjoyed the sunroom, decks and the fireplace especially on some chilly nights we had.

Stayed in the Victory Penthouse, very enjoyable property, and the views from the top deck are excellent from sunrise to sunset in all directions. Short walk to the beach (less than 5 minutes), Carolina Beach Lake, and the Boardwalk area, and just about everything in central Carolina Beach, excellent location. Half a block to Squiggley's, and around the corner to Hang Ten Grill, and Majik Beanz coffee. We were surprised the front sunroom was where the queen bed was, but it worked out just fine. Master suite was VERY VERY spacious.

We loved it. We plan on returning again this year and rent the Pent House Suite again. We were so glad we could bring our maltipoo. She even felt at home. I have vacationed at Sandals as well as five star resorts in the islands and they were no more tastefully decorated .Everyone at the property was so nice. You really have a good thing going. We love it here. My family has stayed here every year for the last 5 years and will stay as long as we can! The property is comfortable, the staff if friendly and you cant beat not having to bring the toiletries!! They supply beach gear and wagon..this place is great
