This 1st floor, end jewel offers countless amenities and is marvelously updated and decorated including free WiFi access, 50"flat screen HDTV in LR, new flooring, updated kitchen & baths. All TV's equipped with Spectrum Select Cable TV.

Includes an oceanfront King(memory foam gel platform) master bedroom with updated en-suite and deck access, also enjoy watching your favorite shows in the evening on a 40" flat screen TV.

The 2nd bedroom includes a queen size bed & 22" flat screen TV.

GRILLS- No grilling is permitted on the decks or in the carports or within 15 feet of a building. There are several grilling stations located at picnic and gazebo areas.

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.

First, thank you for the handy insulated bag with the starter paper towels, toilet paper etc. It was most welcome and used during our week. I very much enjoyed booking with you and have in the past - I've always gotten a quick response to any question, and reassuring emails along the way. Was happy to hear our rental was ready early which really helped us get going. I love that you give a plastic envelope to keep everything in - it is always very organized. We loved our stay at Ocean Dunes Resort. My family and I had a wonderful time there. The property was in overall good shape and the unit met our needs perfectly. The staff at Victory was very pleasant, responsive, and easy to talk to. I will be happy to recommend your services and Ocean Dunes.

This condo was lovely. The bedroom colors and bedding are very appealing. We didnt have access to a spray-off hose in the garage or on the nearest walkway. Yes, there is one at the nearby pool, but I don't believe they would want us to be hosing off all the beach chairs and equipment there. Other than that, I would stay there again.

This rental exceeded my expectations. It was spotless. Everything I could have needed in the kitchen was there. My only "complaint" was that I wished the coffee cups were bigger-lol.

We loved our time in Kure Beach and absolutely loved Dunes 1107! Owners and management clearly take excellent care of it! The ONLY things I might say is that we could have used some tissues in the condo and after the first trash can liner we had, there were no more. We weren't aware these would not be things in the condo and sure could have used them!
