With an exclusive Carolina Beach location and an inspiring ocean view, this Sea Colony jewel provides true beach living. A Superior 2nd floor condo with 48" Smart TV in the Living space. Washer/Dryer.This unit has beautiful updated decor and thoughtful amenities throughout. Featuring Spectacular views with bistro seating on the large oceanfront deck plus a newly added lounge chair November 2023. 

The Primary Bedroom has a private bath with shower,  ceiling fan and a flat screen TV/DVD(All TV's equipped with Spectrum Select Cable TV) .

The Guest Bedroom features a new Queen bed with flat screen TV.

Walk to the Tiki Bar and Restaurant for an evening of dining and relaxation. The kids will have a ball in the large ocean front NON-SMOKING swimming pool. 

New Kitchen Appliances added November 2023 include new range, refrigerator, and microwave. The range  has steamer & air fryer capabilities. The kitchen has granite counter tops, beautiful artwork and accessories. Updated pictures coming soon!!

Complex equipped with an Elevator and grilling area  which completes this wonderful package!

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not neeD.

 This is a non-smoking property. No smoking anywhere on property including decks!!! Boats, trailers, campers, etc. of any kind are not allowed @ Sea Colony! NO Storage Closet Access...Security deposit applies, Saturday to Saturday during summer, no pets, linens, towels not provided. uncovered parking limited to 2 cars. Golf Cart counts as 1 Vehicle -no charging capabilities at property -Gas Powered Golf Carts not allowed in Kure Beach or Ft. Fisher, No Pets Please. Elevator service is reliable but not guaranteed, departure cleaning included. Sleeps up to 6 people, with a maximum of 4 adults.

Very nice property on the second floor with elevator and carts to easily move things in and out. Everything was super clean and well stocked. They even had a telescope which I was afraid to touch Since I have never used one. The porch was the very best part facing the ocean with free entertainment From seagulls, pelicans and porpoises. What a joy and blessing! I hope to return very soon!

This was my daughter's birthday trip. We couldn't have stayed at a nicer place. This condo was updated, very spacious, and the decor was lovely. It had more amenities that I could have imagined. You can tell that this condo is well taken care of. The location was perfect and was oceanfront. We would definitely stay here again.

Sea Colony 13A was a great place to stay! The location was great and the view from the balcony and from inside the condo looking out was spectacular! The condo was very well furnished and stocked. It was also the cleanest condo that we have ever stayed in. We would definitely rent this unit again from your in the future.

13A—An excellent room giving us an enjoyable vacation. Our view from the balcony was very nice. Especially in the evening. Watching the moon rise was great. We LOVED our stay at Sea Colony 13A!! It was such a nice and clean condo and fit our needs well. It was just my husband and I the first week and then my son and his family came the second week. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 1 19 month old to move around. They enjoyed their vacation also. We will definitely book this place again. We have booked a single bedroom place from Sea Colony and it was perfect also.

Beautiful property! It is so well appointed and wonderfully updated! Its proximity to ocean is amazing...you feel as if you could just walk off deck onto beach and into ocean! The pool is great!
