Once again we are proud to have had an incredibly busy summer. Our reservations were up again over 2008! Due to our excellent occupancy rate this season, we feel confident in taking on new properties. As our policy is “quality not quantity,” we are selective in choosing additional properties for our inventory. We carefully consider each new property for appearance and condition.
Please allow me to tell you a little about our company and our policies. Over the past few years, we have enjoyed a steady success. The quality of our service, cleanliness of our units, and targeted advertising has made it possible for us to keep our properties occupied with wonderful repeat renters. We have carefully positioned ourselves for further growth with an excellent staff committed to help meet the needs of our owners and guests. We have established dedicated and well trained cleaning crews and procedures, which have helped to set us apart from the competition. We have employed an in house computer technician who’s primary duty is to keep our web site up to date, as well as making it accessible and easy to use. Our website has grown to outrank the majority of established vacation rental sites on Google, Yahoo, and other search engines. Our knowledgeable vacation specialists have done a great job turning inquiries into reservations.
We have built a strong reputation here on Pleasure Island as a company who is known for keeping our units actively rented while still maintaining excellent condition. We have a maintenance division which is on call 24 hours a day and is ready to respond to problems immediately. It is a proven fact that vacationers will take better care of a well maintained attractive unit. All of our units are non smoking, a policy that is strictly enforced. Our advertising, friendly and helpful vacation specialists, superior properties, and cleanliness are how we have attracted quality guests who have kept our units in excellent condition.
